After the success of our well received OO and On30 turntable motorizing kit we have extended our range to include a kit designed specifically for Peco™ N Gauge and H0m Turntables.

The kits are assembled in England by Locomotech Ltd. They are designed to be very easy to install. The motor is suspended from its gearbox shaft in a similar technique to the Southern Railway 4-COR Portsmouth EMUs, the “Nelsons”.

They will retail at £45.99. The price is higher than other kits because we supply a very high quality all metal geared gearbox.

It is easier if turntable kit motorizing kit is fitted before the turntable is fitted into the layout. If the turntable has already been fitted into the layout it is still possible to mount the motor but this will need to be done from the underside of the baseboard.

	A simple spring-loaded center-off 2 pole switch can be used and suitable switch can be obtained from us quoting part number TTMKA9.
	The turntable could be wired to a dedicated controller such as a Gaugemaster™ Combi or to one controller of a larger unit, such as the Gaugemaster Models D or Q.
	If traditional Cab Control methods are being used then the turntable motor can be wired as though it were another track section and then the existing controllers can then be used to control the turntable.
	If DCC is in use then the simplest solution is to connect a DCC decoder directly into the turntable. The turntable can be controlled easily by selecting its address and using the DCC controller.

	A suitable plastic tolerant metal bonding adhesive. We recommend Devcon Plastic Welder. A plastic tolerant superglue may also be used.
	Polystyrene Cement, preferably a liquid poly variety; this will also be needed to assemble the Peco turntable kit
	Small Phillips screwdriver.
